Sullivans Cove is an Australian single malt whisky distillery located in Cambridge, Tasmania. It gained international recognition when its French Oak Cask whisky was named World's Best Single Malt at the 2014 World Whiskies Awards, the first time a whisky outside Scotland or Japan won the title. The distillery remains Australian-owned and operated, producing small-batch whiskies using traditional methods and Tasmanian barley.
